DVD PLAYER, RECORDER, HDD This item plays DVDs and can record programmes from your terrestrial aerial to a hard disk in the unit or to writable DVDs. I have included an HDMI cable to get you connected to your TV to play DVDs. However, you will need a coaxial cable (readily available) to connect this unit to your TV if you want to record your programmes. Your terrestrial aerial would plug into the back of this unit. I have included a photo of the label on the back so you can investigate online. I believe these came on the market about 2010 so it's not in its first flush of youth. It has been in a cupboard unused for several years. I have tested it insofar as I have used it to play a DVD (also enclosed) but not to record anything. A manual for the unit is available to download from the Samsung site. Two seater settee. Light tan colour but our cat decided to use one section as a scratching post (See photo) and there are stains which can be removed so we have covered it in a blue material which will be included. Dimensions are 188cm/6'2" long x 100cms/3'3.5" wide and 90cms/2'11.5" high. We are getting a new Settee in the next week or two (Nov 3rd - 17th) so it will be going just before delivery as we don't want to be sitting on the floor. LOL
