This wooden table and two chairs have served us well for a few years. My daughter has outgrown them now, so happy to offer them to someone else. Screws will need a bit of tightening but otherwise still very solid. Table size 50 x 50 x 55cm (H)

Christmas tree, 6ft or 7ft, pre lit, comes in 3 separate pieces that slot together and lights attach via sockets throughout the tree and then plugs into the mains. Pine cone detail. Lovely tree, I've just gone for a much smaller one this year. I would ideally like someone to have it who are in need of a tree and not to resell on. Comes in Balsam hill box for storage but I don't think it is that particular brand. Thank you
