4.46m x 3.06m There are two conservatory walls, as the other sides are part of our house. Giving away for free if it is safely dismantled and removed from our property - pretty straightforward access. This would be on a date in the coming weeks to be agreed with our builders (as they need to secure our property. It's a lovely wooden, double glazed conservatory with a flat roof. It's generally in good condition except for one broken pane. We're only removing it as it's being replaced with an extension.

25 Carpet tiles 50cm square plus whatever offcuts I can find. Currently in a bedroom measuring 270cm square. Some of these are in perfect condition as they were under furniture. Hutch measurements: Height 128cm Length 200cm Depth 65cm You will need a trailer or larger van to pick it up due to the height of the hutch. It has a lot of wear and tear, mainly inside. We put new roofing felt on less than two years ago. Free to anyone who can collect it. Bunnies not included!
