25 Carpet tiles 50cm square plus whatever offcuts I can find. Currently in a bedroom measuring 270cm square. Some of these are in perfect condition as they were under furniture. 4.46m x 3.06m There are two conservatory walls, as the other sides are part of our house. Giving away for free if it is safely dismantled and removed from our property - pretty straightforward access. This would be on a date in the coming weeks to be agreed with our builders (as they need to secure our property. It's a lovely wooden, double glazed conservatory with a flat roof. It's generally in good condition except for one broken pane. We're only removing it as it's being replaced with an extension.
