In great condition, served extremely well with a gas fire for years (gas fire removed, hence plastic sheeting currently covering the gap in the centre), only removed because we're renovating the room. Bible Concordance and a Commentary (Heaton Norris SK4)
Bit of a long shot but you never know! Would anyone like: Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible has the translation for every Greek and Hebrew word in the Bible. And Matthew Henry's one volume Bible commentary. 1960 edition (printed in 1980s). I'd prefer these to go to a theology student or someone else who will use them for their correct purpose (rather than to prop up a bookshelf etc!) Both in reasonable condition with no pages loose or missing. Not used for 20 years. Happy to split if you only want one of them.

Old armchair for refurbishment (Marple SK6)
We have an old armchair that’s in need of some refurbishment. It’s been left outside on a porch for quite a while but appears to be in good structural order. It has got wet periodically but isn’t mouldy. The fabric definitely needs replacing and very likely the stuffing as well. It’s a nice shape and with some care and attention would be a nice addition to a home.
