this is a fully functional spacious 2 seater settee/bed. It is clean and in good order. There are no rips or tears or holes.the seats are firm not saggy and structure is souind. just needs a refresher clean. just need it gone as have new settee.

Old but fully working tumble dryer. The door hinge is a but bust (but you just lift it to close) and the exhaust (pictured inside) hose has a few holes. But it works absolutely fine and we have used it like for nearly 20 years.
