I don't have the old documentation but I think it's a Realspace® Magellan Performance Collection L Desk, 30"H x 70 9/10"W x 23 1/5"D. I would need help disassembling it and moving it downstairs to be taken out, especially so you know how to reassemble it. The last time it was disassembled I remembered one of the slots being iffy if it would reassemble a third time correctly, so a note. It otherwise is a really nice desk.

This is because the brittle plastic shield behind the blades has crumbled, so there's not longer any way to attach the shield that goes in front of the blades (which I still have). But: If you have a location to use this fan where the safety shield isn't necessary, it works fine.

Also a stack of 100%-uncoated-paper folders as often used in filing cabinets. Mostly the tabs already have writing on them, but it’s mostly in erasable graphite pencil. Please specify what/how much you want (including all of them). From a home with fragrance-free/nontoxic practices, freely available to anyone.

Piano (Holly/spinet) (Grove Rd and Harris)
Holly spinet piano (made by Grinnell Detroit). This piano is in good condition; tuned January 2025. We've owned it about 25 years; it plays well. Our four grown children all did their piano lessons on it. We are parting with it as we desire more space in our smaller home. You will need to move it yourself and provide people for lifting, as my wife and I are not able to do that. It’s located on our main floor near the exterior door. You could also find a piano moving company to move it for you. Within reason, we are willing to help pay for transportation costs.
