- Size Large, Left Foot, Aircast brand Ankle Brace. This needs to be worn with sneakers, it slides in and secures around your calf with velcro. Only used once, these are great for sprained ankles, and SUPER comfortable! It stabilizes the ankle so it can't re-twist and reinjure itself while healing. I wore this as a size Women's 10M shoe. Even if you've just twisted your ankle and not sprained it, this will stabilize it so you can walk and stand up comfortably.
