For small dog. Received as a gift but it’s too large for my dog. Tag says it fits necks up to 12 inches. Tape measure gives 9” - 13” as the length of the collar for smallest and largest punched hole sizes but would fit best at the top of that range or else you have the extra collar length sticking out. Lead measures 40” which is just long enough for a dog right beside you.
