11 tonnes of subsoil, ready to go! (Belmont TN35)
Clearing a garden project and have 11 tonne bags of earth ready for collection. It's a lot of yellow sandy subsoil and grey subsoil from below the topsoil, with some stones through it. It's all dry, and it's good stuff for backfilling and levelling or building up a sloping garden. It's currently stored on our raised front patio in tonne bags in Clive Vale, and at this scale you'd probably need a HIAB truck to take it away, or some willing diggers. If no interest in the next couple of weeks, we'll have it collected by a waste remover, but thought worth sharing here before in case.

An iron and ironing board, in excellent used condition, both are only a year old. The ironing board is from the Amazon Basics range, 109 cm x 35 cm, white floral. The iron is a Russell Hobbs Supreme steam iron: easy-fill 300ml water tank, 110g steam shot, 40g continuous steam, 2m cord, 2400W. Available because we are old and can no longer be bothered to iron our clothes; they are now as crumpled as we are, and we don't care.

Humax PVR (needs repair) (Glyne Gap TN40)

Humax HDR 2000 T 1Tb Personal Video Recorder designed to record Freeview programs. This would better suit someone with the skill set to attempt a home repair or in search of parts. I can no longer use the Humax PVR as it is unable to complete deleting. Online advice suggests the most likely explanation for this is a failed hard-drive. I would have looked into replacing the hard-drive (they cost about £50) but I have another Humax PVR and only need one. Comes with power, aerial and HDMI cables plus remote control. From memory, the Humax is about five years old . The PVR gave good service other than subtitles for ITV and Channel 4 persistently slipping from sync.
