It's in great nick, but we needed something stronger for the dog hair. The tube into the head has lost its clip, but works fine with a piece of foam held in to wedge it tight. Used very well in the last few years by my son, there are scratches and dents around the desk. I would not give it away if it was in bad condition or not suitable for use. The whole thing has been taken apart, dismantled, you will need to build it again. -Nail holes on 1 side -Single bed frame (no mattress). -Small cupboard with hanging space. -3 step ladder, the bottom is a little loose but can be fixed and the strip has come off the bottom step. -Desk, the paint has stripped away or rubbed off after much use (Computer and accessories not included). -1 small Draw -Plenty of storage space under the bed. - Measurements approximately - 96cm depth - 195cm length - 150cm Height If you have anymore questions please ask.

Two radiator covers no longer required. One has been repainted in the last 12m in denim blue and is in great condition. The other needs repainting, but is otherwise ok (latticework is easily removed and re glued). White is 160cm W / 101cm H / 14.5cm D Blue is 163cm W / 93cm H / 11cm D (2 in total - 1 of each) In each case the top sill is a few cm deeper (see post-it photos). used 6ft xmas tree - slight damage (Bexleyheath DA6)
used 6ft xmas tree with 1 bottom/middle branch that has dropped out from its slot on the main branch (which we can't seem to find). The other branches can be bent to hide any gap the missing branch would create. Boxed with base and screws ready for pickup.
