Combustion analysers testo and two Kane. These are old but worked when last tested. Have been in dry storage for couple of year.. May have the probes, printers and charger plugs as well. Ideal for someone starting out as a gas or oil engineer to get use to using analysers.

Most in fair condition, perfect for display or upcycling. Long stored in garage and shed, therefore do have a strong smell of damp. Should be able to remove by scrubbing with suitable cleaner and leaving to dry outside, which is what I have done in the past. I'll health means I can no longer use them.

Vintage carved dining chair (Edwardian) (South Woodford E18)
Single dining chair, early 1900s, solid wood with a nicely carved back (leaf and fan detailing) and turned, reeded legs. Reupholstered in the 80s; the seat fabric shows a little wear/marking but the chair is sound. Would suit someone doing a bit of restoration, or just after a characterful spare chair. Collection only.

1950s wooden freestanding bookcase (South Woodford E18)
Wooden, possibly mahogany, small bookcase -- back is not wood, however. Made in Leicester by H&G Vaughan in the early 50s. Approximate measurements are 90 cm high, 77 cm wide and at its deepest point, 25 cms. In good condition for its age, needs a clean as it's been the garage of a while. This is a collection only item

I am giving out a very comfortable sofa and a complete bed set in a good condition. The beige sofa comes with removable washable covers. The bed comes with under bed storage and headboard. The mattress comes with a removable washable cover. I am hoping it will go to someone in need of a decent furnitures. All items are located on the 2nd floor with no lift in building. It will be a 2 man crew to carry it downstairs. I also have a storage unit. Feel free to collect that as well.
