Radiator insulation/ heat reflector (New Town TN22)
Just what you want to think about during summer! Roll approx 180cm long and 47cm wide. It is made of foam-backed foil, is very light and can be cut to length with scissors or a knife. It fits behind any radiator against the wall using tape, Blu-tac etc with the foil facing towards the radiator to reflect the heat back into the room instead of going through the wall to the outside. I'm not setting a deadline but would like to go soon to avoid going into landfill.

Mixer tap water-saving aerator with swivel nozzle. (New Town TN22)
Exactly as the title says. This device screws into the end of the mixer tap in your sink, basin etc. Obviously, you need the end cap on your mixer tap to be capable of being unscrewed. It's a really useful way of reducing water use and being able to direct the water spray to all the corners of the sink. Unfortunately, none of my taps have threaded ends so I can no longer use it. I'm not setting a specific deadline but want this to be taken soon so it avoids ending up in landfill.

Treehouse / Playhouse (Lindfield RH16)
Custom made for my around ten years ago this is a childrens treehouse / playhouse. There is a climbing board on one side and the swings on the other. Well loved but time to move on to a new home. Inclusive of the slide and swings but these are not availavble separately. Stucturally sound however there are some bits of wood that will need replacing (mainly on the "veranda") after weathering over the past few years. Dimensions: Heigh - 3m Width - 4m House Length - 3m. House Length including slide - 5.5m. It is a two person job to dismatle with tools and ladders. Happy to provide guidance and some help when collecting. You will need some competence working with wood to dismantle. It took me 3 hours to dismantle once and a little longer to build again.
