A Stompa shelf to slip onto a bed (as per the photos added). Was great for my daughter to put her book, water bottle, clock etc on. Great condition but dusty as was "lost" in a cupboard for a few months! Collection Cuckfield (s/f home)

Light wood desk (Hurstpierpoint BN6)
Light coloured wooden desk with drawer for keyboard/mouse. Drawer front flaps down for built in wrist rest. Has handy cable tidy shelf on underside at back. Got this second hand so it has been well used and has some scratches and the top is slightly bowed as you can see in the pic but still totally solid and works fine - it is just a bit too big for our room so downgrading! 120cm long x 75cm deep x 78cm high. Collection from Hurstpierpoint. Can take legs off for transport. It’s quite solid so a bit heavy.

Treehouse / Playhouse (Lindfield RH16)
Custom made for my around ten years ago this is a childrens treehouse / playhouse. There is a climbing board on one side and the swings on the other. Well loved but time to move on to a new home. Inclusive of the slide and swings but these are not availavble separately. Stucturally sound however there are some bits of wood that will need replacing (mainly on the "veranda") after weathering over the past few years. Dimensions: Heigh - 3m Width - 4m House Length - 3m. House Length including slide - 5.5m. It is a two person job to dismatle with tools and ladders. Happy to provide guidance and some help when collecting. You will need some competence working with wood to dismantle. It took me 3 hours to dismantle once and a little longer to build again.

Cushion cover & matching ‘runner’ (Haywards Heath RH16)
Pretty satin-look set to make your bed look posh when there’s no-one in it. (They’ll need cool iron to smooth out the creases.) The runner (as my Nan used to call that sort of thing) is about 8ft 5inches long by 1ft 9inches, so it would lie across a single or double bed. The cushion cover is 18 by 18 inches.

These 2 robust cane chairs come with matching cushions. The cover and cushion fabric has not been fire retarded. The chairs are in good condition but the cushions have a few pulled threads. Suitable for a sun lounge.

Trampoline is structurally sound with minimal rust. The jumping mat is in reasonable condition but these safety matting needs replacing. All springs and fixings are present and the safety netting is intact and the safety poles are structurally sound. Trampoline has been dismantled and packaged for easy collection.
