Treehouse / Playhouse (Lindfield RH16)
Custom made for my around ten years ago this is a childrens treehouse / playhouse. There is a climbing board on one side and the swings on the other. Well loved but time to move on to a new home. Inclusive of the slide and swings but these are not availavble separately. Stucturally sound however there are some bits of wood that will need replacing (mainly on the "veranda") after weathering over the past few years. Dimensions: Heigh - 3m Width - 4m House Length - 3m. House Length including slide - 5.5m. It is a two person job to dismatle with tools and ladders. Happy to provide guidance and some help when collecting. You will need some competence working with wood to dismantle. It took me 3 hours to dismantle once and a little longer to build again.

This Baby Cot has been put outside, by the second Bramble Way bin area, BN1 8GL. Exact location: It looks to be in good condition. I have not checked it closely. The woodwork could benefit, from a simple coat of boiled linseed oil. Please feel free to come and inspect and collect. There is normally parking at the top of Bramble Way. Best wishes.

The green section is glass and the rest, apart from the cork (which is made of cork😆) is made of an unknown, unknown to me anyway, silvery colour metal. The pen is just to indicate size. Cage length 40cm x width 24cm x height 22cm. Inside there is a working wheel and a platform with ramp. A long tunnel with 2 nest boxes can be attached to one side. The layout of these can be changed. Includes 2 water bottles a small comb and spare ring attachment. Take just the cage or the cage and tunnel with nest boxes (or parts of these). All recently cleaned and fixings checked and made secure.

Sun lounger and Cushion (Balcombe RH17)
Blue frame and striped blue and white cushion sun lounger in reasonable condition. There are stains on the back of the cushion pad and the cushion pad is mishappen due to the length of time in storage but it is still comfortable. FURTHER UPDATE: I have been informed you can purchase a new cushion for the chair, so if you only want the frame, that is fine with me.
