Large dome tent with 3 sleeping pods. I did attempt to put it up to take a photo but it is just too big for my garden! It’s been in the loft for a few years so not sure it will be weather proof anymore but if you have a big garden it could be fun for a kids party, to house a paddling pool or teach your dog to sleep in a tent ? Needs new battery (which i suspect involves sending away to Polar). Includes the wrist watch and chest strap, instructions and a carry case. Not used for many years. Much more reliable readings are possible than from a wrist watch.

Reverse osmosis water filter system (Haywards Heath RH16)

A Water2Buy brand reverse osmosis water filter system with filter tap. Fully functional. Water2Buy no longer exist so it's difficult to buy replacement filters that need replacing every year. There are equivalent filters you can get but it's too much hassle for me as someone who is happy to drink tap water. Comes with all parts, including pressurised water tank, membrane filters and original instruction book. Filters will need replacing after 6 months or so. Installation isn't simple. Would recommend an expert. Happy to answer any questions.
