I am giving away a large garden table with 4 chairs. It's very heavy so will need 2 strong people to carry it out of the garden Originally from John Lewis It needs some TLC & a good clean Measurements APPROX. L - 150CM W - 90CM H - 70CM

Armchair by Multiyork (Studley B80)
MultiYork single seat Armchair in good condition. Beige fabric with a texture weave in the fabric. Seat cover and cushions removeable for washing. I washed seat cover as it was slightly soiled, unfortuately it's left the cover a much lighter colour than the rest. One end arm lightly soiled due to not having arm cover in place, also along bottom front at floor level. Chair is very comfortable and multiyork furniture known for the quality of their build.

gemini mid- sleeper bed (B91 Sharmans Cross area)
Solid wood, pine mid -sleeper bed, with ladder. (Full single bed size- was slept in by one child well into their teens ). Slatted base. Height 107cms. No mattress. (NOTE the chest and the drawers underneath are not included). A few scratches but barely noticeable and a small split in one piece of wood but it doesn’t affect the stability. Recently taken apart. Includes assembly instructions, all screws and dowels. Collection only. Longest pieces (4) are 190cms long . Manageable by one person. Needs to go by the end of July or it goes to the tip.

Giving away 11 pairs of curtains in total. They are all of varying sizes taken from our house after redecorating. All come with curtain rods and Finials. One of them is a bay window curtain rod. Several of them come with tie backs or metal curtain holders. They all will need a good clean. I will not entertain requests for individual pairs of curtains. I will only give it to someone who can take everything.
