I have been in touch with Shark and they tell me that there are no replacement parts for this item BUT someone cleverer than me might be able to fix it, It does clean the floors and water does reach the floor - but not hot or warm, Collection only.

My new year resolution is to become even more self sufficient and re-learn mending clothes etc. With this in mind, I would be grateful for anything that could get me started beyond the travel sewing set I've got. Also, cotton and waxed cotton fabric offcuts and threads would be much appreciated. If one is allowed to dream, a sewing machine in working order (with a handbook) would be amazing.

They are the type in which 35mm colour slides would come back from the film processors in times past. Suitable to hold 36 - 40 slides in plastic mounts. Either the later, long boxes, (as used by Agfa & Boots) or the earlier, more cuboid ones (see photos). Sometimes the plastic was coloured orange, blue or black.
