Small tent, sleeps 1 adult or 2 children. Inner tent measures 100cm (h) x 125cm (w) at front, reducing to 75cm (h) x 85cm (w) at back. Nylon outer, cotton inner, sewn-in groundsheet. The groundsheet is probably no longer waterproof, but the tent is otherwise in good condition. Includes an A-pole to use at the opening instead of the upright pole shown in the photo.

Armchair (Battle RG30)
Armchair. Just a couple of years old. It has some water staining which you can see in the photo, due to a leaky ceiling, which could probably be washed out, or obviously it could be reupholstered or just have a blanket/throw put over it. Please read this bit - I no longer live in Reading but can bring it to work in RG30, by arrangement, so you'll need to confirm a day and time to collect. Thanks.
