Purchased from Chewy. Our sweet girl liked to scratch on the posts and only occasionally sit on the top perch. We are passing it on so a cat who really enjoys it can have it. Sophie is badly enough in a big cardboard box lol We have washed the removable cozy bed on top. Vacuumed the rest of it. Had anyways been in our very clean living room 😌 40lbs 27 x 23.5 x 42 inches We need to arrange pickup because I don't want to leave it on our porch where it could collect bugs

Free Maytag gas dryer/electric washer laundry unit. 75.25" high x 27.5" wide and 24" deep, plus room for drainage plumbing nearby. Requires 2 outlet plugs, one each for washer and dryer. Current wonky set-up without the stand in the photos is due to the low ceiling height. We've replaced it with an all electric unit in a different area. The washer and dryer mount together on the provided stand - controls are on the dryer front. Installation instructions included. If you want this item, please reply with a contact phone number. It will take a little time to disassemble and move it, so pick up won't be available rimmediately. PLEASE, no flakes - you must want to take this, have the space and gas/electric hook-ups and plumbing to use it, and have a truck or appropriate vehicle to move it. Yes, it works, just ran a load of laundry today.

Anybody like to have these old blueprints architectural drawings from 1987 renovation or building permits drawings. There are about 100 rolls (stacked rolls) of drawings in a large plastic bag. Could be an interesting gift wrapping paper. A piece of SR history? Let me know where to donate them if you know a place will take them. Otherwise will toss to paper recycling bin next week. 1030 THIRD ST, first federal loans bank is gone and now a large apartment building is getting built on that site.
