nice condition, comfortable. Replacing with a 2 seater. Collection any time, I can't help with lifting. It is 2200mm long, 950mm front to back, 850mm high. removable seat cushions 600mm square, 440mm height to seat. removable arm covers, one removed to show on second pic. It is in the best room and has had little use.

Under counter hot point fridge - in working order. The repair to bottom drawer which cracked years ago is still good. The tab on the side of the plastic apron on the lower fridge door has broken so would need to affix another way but this part is not essential. Couple of small dents on front door as shown.

This was part of some built-in cabinets that we are updating. Very good condition - used but no marks. Back and sides are open as shown in the pics. Dimensions 136cm wide x 69cm high x 60cm deep. Drawers are on full extension runners and perfect for DVDs/CDs.
