Great quality Ikea sofa bed. Now discontinued by Ikea, but an absolute classic piece of furniture - reliable, solid, VERY comfortable, especially if you or your guests prefer a slightly firmer bed. It's the most comfortable sofa bed I've slept on. And the size makes it perfect for anyone who's taller than average. Plum-coloured cover. As a sofa: 200cm wide, 104cm deep, 94cm high. Then when you open out into a bed: 144cm wide, 200cm long (because the width of the sofa becomes the length of the bed). The name of the Ikea model is 'Beddinge' and you can get replacement covers online easily, so if you don't like the colour, you can change it! It's really easy to transform it from a sofa into a bed, and back again. It all works nicely. And we've given it a clean since I took these pics. There's still a small mark on the cover which should wash out if you want to take the cover to a pro cleaner. Non-smoking, pet-free home.

White John Lewis Elizabeth cot bed with mattress and mattress cover. Pictures show how it looks made up as a cot and as a junior bed. The original mechanism for the sliding cot side was not working when we first got this item so we added replaced this with our own mechanism to make the cot side fully functioning (not shown in this picture). The cot bed is in good used condition and comes with instructions. Disassembled already for collection from AL8, Handside area.

Euphorbia plant (Sele Farm SG14)
Would anybody like this Euphorbia? It grows into a lovely plant, about 18" high, has lovely zingy lime green bracts. Unfortunately I don't know the variety. Just one word of caution, incase anyone is not familiar with Euphorbias - they have a milky sap when cut that can irritate the skin of some people, so care is needed around children and pets.
