Washable heavy curtains (Gerrards Cross SL9)
I am hoping to give a new home to some curtains. They must be machine washable, and I prefer a heavy fabric. The ideal would be three or four large full length curtains, as I can then cut them down to fit our windows. I can collect at a mutually convenient time from Gerrards Cross, Amersham, Beaconsfield, Chesham and Chalfonts. Thanks for looking.

Of the rail design whose cross-section is like a T with an angled top and a side projection like a K, I have one at 3 metres, one at 134 cm, one at 142 cm, one at 90 cm and one at 80.5 cm. Of the other design, with two T shaped grooves, I have one at 125.5 cm, one at 111.5 cm, one at 101.5 cm and one at 91.5 cm. Also fastenings as you see in the pictures.

Hi there, I need a very large piece of oak. It would have to be at least 2.5m (8’6”) long and 650mm (26”) thick. I don’t have a means to lift it so would need to be able to chop it up with a chainsaw (into long slabs) wherever it currently lies. Much thanks, Nick
