L shape cord sofa and glass top light oak coffee table (Bourne End SL8)
In good condition and sofa bed section only used twice. Fire safety labels. Sofa bought from Cargo and used in a second living room so has not been subject to daily wear and tear. Dimensions are long side 2m 30cm and L shape is 2m 18 cms length. with the cushions it is 85 cm height and the sofa splits into two sections at 1m 53 cms length. Depth of sofa is 90cms. Coffee table in good condition - no scratches.

Mothercare toddler 2 height dining booster seat (Top Amersham HP6)
Traditional easy-clean simple but very effective Mothercare booster seat designed to strap to any standard chair. It reverses so can be higher or lower depending on which way up it is used. 29cm wide 27cm deep 21cm high overall (one side seat =15cm from base and other way up seat = 7.5cm from base) Original strap available but the buckle needs mending/replacing/adapting or an alternative belt can easily be used as I have done. I have used a fabric belt which works and is easy to tighten. Could also be used as a small step I imagine.

Vintage walnut Boosey & Co upright piano (Top Amersham HP6)
Free to a good home this beautiful vintage walnut Boosey & Co upright piano. It is a lovely piece of furniture but needs a full tune and some TLC. Perfect as a restoration project or a statement furniture piece. Strictly collection only. You will need a professional piano mover or multiple strong people and a van, as it is very heavy and although it is on the ground floor there is a tight turn to get it out of the room it is in and over the front door step of my house.
