Hello everyone I’m hoping someone in the local community might be able to help. My phone (a OnePlus 5T) has recently failed and unfortunately I didn’t have a backup. I’ve lost important SMS messages, some of which I need for medical reasons. If anyone has experience with data recovery, or access to software/tools that might be able to recover SMS messages from an Android phone, I’d be extremely grateful for any help or advice. I've tried the local phone shops without success. I’m also currently without a working phone. If anyone is upgrading around Christmas/New Year and has a spare or older smartphone they no longer need, I would very much appreciate it. It doesn’t need to be anything fancy - just something reliable enough to keep in touch with family, friends and medical teams. I’m based in Wembley but can travel if you are further away. Many thanks for reading, and thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
