This is a large three piece beige leather sectional with two recliners and a sleeper sofa. There are minor scratch marks from the cat running across the back. You will need help getting it out. I’m on the third floor, but there is an elevator.

5/4 X 6" deck boards we are pulling up. There are about 100 boards, some are 6' long and some 7' long. All have screw holes in them. This is a covered porch and most are in good shape and can be reused. Some may have rotting on ends that will need to be cut off. We are in process of removing them, and they will be fully available around Thanksgiving week. Let me know if interested and we can work out a schedule for pickup. Located in Hammock area of Palm Coast.
