Offer: outside animal shelter (Melplash near Half Moon pub) 4h - roof measures 40" wide x 36" front to back and height is around 50". Good strong construction and ideal for cat, rabbit, chickens, quails etc with little perching shelves in side and a ramp for access.

Offer: Marble slab (Exeter EX2) Promised 16h - White marble slab measuring 52.5cm x 25.3cm, and 1.5cm deep. Left by previous occupants so no idea of previous function. Has anti-slip pads on one side, which should come off with a little soaking. One end is rough (as per photo) and there are a few rough spots on the other edges but with a little polishing it should come up smooth again - it'd be such a shame to throw it away but I have no use for it. Collect from EX2 (central Exeter/St Leonards).

Offer: Baby bouncer for doorway (TA20 Combe St Nicholas) 20h - My son adored using this but he’s now in his 20s! It’s old but very tough and well made. Will fit on any door frame. Easy to take on and off. Offer: Mamas and Papas pram (TA20 Combe St Nicholas) 20h - It’s about 25 years old and has a few little stains and one tiny tear but all together in pretty good condition. It converts into a pushchair, folds up for easy storage and there’s a rain cover, parasol and cosy toe accessory to go with it. It was the top of the range in its day! You’re welcome to come and look at it before deciding whether to take it.
