A pair of lovely dog-tooth check trousers, (which had barely been worn), for "recycling the waistband"! These were discovered recently at the back of my wardrobe, only to find that the "pvc"/"pleather" waistline had virtually disintegrated!! However, they are such good condition, and lovely trousers, I think that anyone, who can carry out a bit of mending, recycling/upcycling or sewing, could replace/cover the waistband and they would be like new again. Being in such good condition, and barely worn, (except for the waistband), it would be such a shame to throw them out. There are two good front zipped pockets and the inside leg measures 70 cm, and they are a size 12. Alternatively, they could always be cut up for the zips or material... Collection from Exeter city centre (- after the Fair Chance Policy is adhered to).

Long extending ladder (Topsham EX3)
A LYTE brand, industrial weight ladder, 2 x 16’ stages (rope operated) each of 19 rungs. Currently dismantled but can be reassembled. There is a stabiliser bar, but it is not obvious (to me) how this is fitted and there may be something missing. This ladder is available for collection from Fore Street, Topsham. Two people will be needed to lift it from its storage and remove it from the building. More details if you get in touch.
