290cmx230cm At least 10 years old - it was in the house when we moved in. Sitting cushions still firm and comfortable. No obvious damage to the upholstery but it definitely doesn't look brand new! The covers come off to wash. Breaks up into a few pieces for moving but you'll still need a small van to move it I reckon.

Roof flashing / weatherproofing sheet A substantial bit of roofing material for someone who enjoys ladders, sealant, and the deeply satisfying joy of stopping rain from entering places it absolutely shouldn’t. Not sure in Brexit inches but roughly 40cm square in European metrics. Ideal for a handy person, a roof repair mission, or someone who likes home improvements with a side of mild suffering.

Solid wood 3 door wardrobe with drawers. There is a gap between 2 of the slats at the top but otherwise it is very solid. I will disassemble it before collection but you would still need a van to take it or a very large car due to the size of the panels. Overall size when assembled is 190 high x 175 wide x 58 deep. 14 internal sapele doors, 2 x glazed size 760 mm, all others plain 8 x 760mm, 3 x 680mm, 1 x 610mm. All 35mm thick. Various conditions, some smart, some scruffy and some in between. Including handles, some locking, and some hinges. I'm happy for people to pick and choose, first come first served. Need to go by Saturday.
