Bugaboo Bee 3, seat can go forwards or rear facing. It is very old but still works and might be ok as a spare. If you wanted to use it a lot you would need to replace some parts. Or you could take it apart and sell the bits on eBay.

About 20' high. It's now much too big for my raised bed, so I've cut back the lower branches. You will need a large vehicle to take it away. I will help you dig it up and load it into your vehicle. I can recommend a removal guy if you don't have your own vehicle.

CallToU caregiver pager system. Comprises of a button on a lanyard to go around the neck that acts in 2 modes (1) when pressed gives a signal to those at home providing the adaptor is plugged in (adaptor included) (2) when pulled from the lanyard emits a high poeered attack alarm. A tip = as this was only used in the home I stiched the button so it could not be pulled from the lanyard - stitching has been removed.

Zinsser concentrated wallpaper remover. At least 3/4 of a litre (750ml). I found it worked really well but bought far too large a bottle. Enough left to make around 9 litres when diluted - which will cover a very large area.

Diamond-texture shower curtain (Dalston E8)
Heavy plastic shower curtain, not-quite-clear, with a textured diamond pattern. Most of a set of mauve curtain rings (still attached) is included. Somewhat yellowed with age but otherwise in good condition — except for some yellow blobs at the top, near one end, from dishwashing gloves that perished in storage. Curtain could be cut down for a small tub of shower, the blobs could be ignored, or maybe with a little work they could even be removed. Either way, it will work as a shower curtain or drop cloth.
