Used. Large dining table suitable for 8 people. Very sturdy and in great shape. Length = 183cm Width = 95cm Already dismantled with screws. The spanner pictured is just for reference, as this is the kind that you will need to put the legs back on the table. The spanner is not included with the table and screws. It is used and definitely shows signs of wear and tear, but have been kept in good, acceptable condition overall. From a pet smoke free home, pouffe has storage. Well lived sofa, bed used only couple of times, the fabric would benefit from a clean, covers can be removed. Despite it is usable it dips a bit and personally don't like it. You will need to dismantle it, at ground floor level. Simple to dismantle with a socket set. No holding, collection only, a van or car with roof rack ideally for transport
