Wooden, possibly mahogany, small bookcase -- back is not wood, however. Made in Leicester by H&G Vaughan in the early 50s. Approximate measurements are 90 cm high, 77 cm wide and at its deepest point, 25 cms. In good condition for its age, needs a clean as it's been the garage of a while. This is a collection only item

Single dining chair, early 1900s, solid wood with a nicely carved back (leaf and fan detailing) and turned, reeded legs. Reupholstered in the 80s; the seat fabric shows a little wear/marking but the chair is sound. Would suit someone doing a bit of restoration, or just after a characterful spare chair. Collection only.

Fabric is clean and comfortable. From a smoke-free home. Important Details: 1. Minor Repair Needed: On both the chair and the footrest, three of the legs are perfectly fine, but one leg on each item needs a repair. The legs themselves are fully intact, but the internal screw thread/base frame joint has pulled loose and no longer supports the leg. This is a very straightforward fix for someone handy who can install a new fixing plate or T-nut. 2. No Tags: The fire safety labels were cut off, so this cannot go to a charity shop. Private personal use or repair project only. Collection: Must be collected from N11. Large items, so you will need an SUV, estate car, or van. Must lift and load yourself.
