They're non-magnetic stainless steel, so unsuitable for induction hobs. 15cm milk pan plus 17cm, 19cm and 21cm pans. Neither the milk pan nor the 21cm pan has a lid. They aren't coated with non-stick. I've recently converted from gas to induction hob, hence these are no longer useful for me, though were in regular use until the change.
