Flavio 3-seater microfibre cream sofa and matching armchair (Basildon SS14)
Great condition. Doesn't have significant signs of wear or sagging. No rips or tears. The material is hard wearing and forgiving. First photos are from my home, the sofa and armchair are currently in a storage unit whilst I move house. Reason for selling is I can't fit these two pieces in my new home. There are some slight dirt marks on the rear of the pieces since moving them into the storage unit but the piece can be easily cleaned with a hand vac or other method. It's in very good condition!

These 2 very big Paella pans have been used but are now no longer required. These are ideal for fund raising events/festivals, group gatherings etc. Also great for home use of your a fan of outside cooking & host garden parties. Unfortunately I don't have the stand for them. One does come without a wooden handle, but is still functional. Very heavy & as the dimensions show, very wide, so may not fit in a conventional car. They can go together or individually. Must be gone by 1st October otherwise I'm going to have to tip them (charity shop may not accept them).
