Great condition. Doesn't have significant signs of wear or sagging. No rips or tears. The material is hard wearing and forgiving. First photos are from my home, the sofa and armchair are currently in a storage unit whilst I move house. Reason for selling is I can't fit these two pieces in my new home. There are some slight dirt marks on the rear of the pieces since moving them into the storage unit but the piece can be easily cleaned with a hand vac or other method. It's in very good condition!

Measurements are: 70cm wide 66cm deep including handles 186cm high including feet. It's fully working and the only issue is that the clips holding the lower foot plate on are broken. This doesn't affect the functionality and looks fine when in place. It's quite heavy and probably needs 2 people to move.
