- This is a practically-new memory foam wedge pillow meant to help with acid reflux and that sort of thing. You can also stand it up against the headboard for support while you lean back. My husband used it once and didn't care for it, so it's yours for the asking! The cover is a very soft dark gray velour, and it's been kept in a non-smoking home with a non-shedding dog on the premises.
