Brown reclining sofa (Bartlett downtown)
Used couch, brown microfiber. Still works well, recliners work on both sides. Middle comes down for drink holders. Has been in home with pets. Microfiber wipes clean pretty well. Some tape is stuck to each side as shown in the picture. I can't remove it.

Twin over Twin Bunk Bed Frame (Elgin, near Bowes & Nessler)
Has guardrails, attached ladder, silver/gray metal frame. Takes regular twin sized mattresses (no box spring needed). Item is partially disassembled to fit more easily in truck or van. Includes all parts and assembly instructions. Mattresses not included. Like new condition. Pick up location near Bowes Rd & Nolan. Pick up any day with a couple hours notice. Also note - each bunk is rated for 200 lbs; It's a comfortable length for people up to 5'7" tall, even though the recommendation is for youths under 5 feet tall. My husband and I have both slept on it very comfortably.

Lovely tabletop Christmas Tree in excellent condition except pre-strung lights (white) stopped working. Comes with spare fuses, but I don't have time or patience to fiddle with it..you can try, or just add lights. About 4' high. Easy assembly: comes in 2 sections (plus base, included) then you just pull branches down. Ornaments not included. I'll edit post tomorrow to include true size & photos (photos not uploading now).
