ARGOS Lightweight Folding exercise bike. Weighs just 16kg and has two wheels built in, so you can just grab the handlebars and wheel it room to room! Great condition. Still on sale at Argos (see pics for full size/weight measurements and info. Collection ASAP please. I’m available today (Sat) and then tomorrow Sunday 12-5ish. Could poss do another day although have a lot of commitments to work around! Pls say when you can collect. Zone 1 London congestion zone. 2nd floor with lift, couple steps. Pls ensure you have transport to collect before responding! One person can move fairly easily. May need two to lift into a large car/small van.

IKEA HEMNES large chest of drawers (kx/angel - WC1X)
IKEA HEMNES solid wood, white chest of 3 drawers. Good clean condition. See pics for size/weight measurements and more details. Smoke free home. Very minor wear and tear around top front edge, doesn’t notice at all tbh. I seem to recall one of the drawers coming slightly apart from the side/back of itself when particularly full at some point, but right now they all look fine, I must have just slid it back in. (They slide in to place, but would likely benefit from a little wood glue to secure). For practicality reasons, the sooner you can collect the better so please do say when. Today (Sat) ideal. Or tomorrow (Sunday) between 12-5ish. Zone 1 congestion zone. 2nd floor flat with lift. Item is heavy. Will require two ppl and a van. Pls do NOT respond unless you have this!

Vintage carved dining chair (Edwardian) (South Woodford E18)
Single dining chair, early 1900s, solid wood with a nicely carved back (leaf and fan detailing) and turned, reeded legs. Reupholstered in the 80s; the seat fabric shows a little wear/marking but the chair is sound. Would suit someone doing a bit of restoration, or just after a characterful spare chair. Collection only.
