Queen size bed frame (unknown brand) in good condition apart from one cracked slat which doesnt affect use at all. There is also a comfortable pocket sprung queen mattress (which we've always used with a mattress protector though it was already second hand so some stains). Only parting ways as we have upsized to a king.

Laminate flooring and underlay (Enfield N21)
One box of laminate flooring and one box of thin foam underlay with foil backing. Both left over from a project a few years ago. The dimensions of the laminate can be seen in the photos. The total area of all 8 planks is virtually 2 sq m. One piece had been removed and has slight edge damage which can be seen, but the other lengths remain in the original wrapping. One photo is taken against white plastic to indicate colour and pattern. The underlay is 23 sheets concertinaed together as shown and each sheet is approx 240mmx1200mm. Please advise when you can collect from N21 area. Thank you.

Minor Repair Needed: On both the chair and the footrest, three of the legs are perfectly fine, but one leg on each item needs a repair. The legs themselves are fully intact, but the internal screw thread/base frame joint has pulled loose and no longer supports the leg. This is a very straightforward fix for someone handy who can install a new fixing plate or T-nut. 2. No Tags: The fire safety labels were cut off, so this cannot go to a charity shop. Private personal use or repair project only. Collection: Must be collected from N11. Large items, so you will need an SUV, estate car, or van. Must lift and load yourself.
