The small board is 24x36 with a few dings in it, but still nice. The blackboard is 25x33. It looks old but in good condition. Both need dusting/wiping down. The bulletin board looks like they have a stain, but it’s just the lighting.

The countertop is 25.5 X 48.25", formica (I assume) over particle board. The formica is peeling off on one end. The vent has never been used, but has some aesthetic (not structural) issues. It has a metal flap. The hole in the back is about 4.25" in diameter.

An 8-page section of the Oregonian newspaper from 1985. Interesting grocery prices... margarine for 29 cents, 5 avocados for 99 cents... NO TEXTS! Communicate via Trashnothing. Easy porch pickup, but please give me a confirmed pickup day & time as I have a locked fence and will need to unlock it for you. I give negative feedback to no-shows.

There are three (3) Furnace filters, 18" x 25" x 1" I bought them a few summers back to improvise an air cleaner to mitigate ash-laden air from fires, but then the fire season crud didn't come out way, so never used. Will filter as though they were new out of the package. Easy porch pick-up.
