Free: Non-working Lawnmower (Wallingford) -WORX brand rechargeable battery-powered mulching lawnmower (2023) -Stopped working recently, was still under warranty: they sent us a replacement but didn’t want the old one sent back -Worked great (until it died) -Mulching insert or grass collection bag -Very lightweight -Use it for parts? Fix it? Maybe a kid’s toy? -Easy driveway pick-up!

Free: Couch (Greenwood) Super comfy couch for anyone that needs it! Has removable covers, I just washed them 2 weeks ago. I used this couch while I waited for my other furniture to arrive. It’s pretty light and easy to maneuver

Free: Two pieces of material (Fremont) Both pieces are very large. White piece is approximately 44 inches wide, three yards long. A very nice silky material in good shape. The blue piece is for lining, and it’s approximately 60 inches wide, over two yards long. In good shape.

Free: Almost gone! Once used plastic bags (Canyon Park/Bothell) Heavy duty plastic bags! Great for storing items or shipping products. Open top, used once to hold metal plates. About 700 used bags left. I don't want to throw into a landfill so asking for a second chance at use.

Free: Community Fix-It Night in Northgate (Northgate) Bring your broken household items for a night of fixing and community building at Northgate Community Center! Link: / Join Seattle REconomy for a night of repair and skill-building at Northgate Community Center! The NE Fixers program, supported by the Department of Neighborhoods’ Matching Fund, aims to share repair skills within local communities. During these free events, community volunteers will be on hand to offer their skills to help fix things like lamps, small appliances, clothing items, small furniture, and other items, as well as to sharpen and maintain tools such as garden shears and pruners. Anyone is welcome to attend these repair events! There will be repairs, tool sharpening, and refreshments. If you are interested in being a Fixer for an event, please reach out to our Outreach Coordinator, at outreach@seattlereconomy.org. We would love to have you! Funding provided by the Neighborhood of Matching Fund from the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods.

Free: Community Fix-It Night - NE Seattle (NE Seattle) It’s time to start collecting all those items around the house that need to be fixed but you don’t know how! Link: / We are hosting a FREE repair night at the NE Seattle Tool Library. We will help you fix and learn to fix your broken tools, lamps, toys, furniture, appliances, and any other broken items that you can carry in on your own. We encourage you to help as much as you can and enjoy the community of reuse! If you are excited about fixing and want to help out with this event or other fixing opportunities we are looking for more fixers. Sign up to help out at this event here or join our list of fixers by sending us an email at NESTL@seattlereconomy.org. ACCESSIBILITY: Much of the NE Seattle Tool Library interior is wheelchair accessible. All entrances have ramps that may exceed a 5 degree slope. The all-gender restroom is quite small and not ADA compliant. Non-English and ASL interpreters are not provided at our classes and events, however attendees are welcome to bring their own interpreters. Please contact us with any accessibility notes or requests. GETTING THERE: By transit: Served by King County Metro bus route 372 stopping along Lake City Way NE at NE 98th St. Route 61 stops at NE Northgate Way & 23rd Ave NE and is a ½ mile walk from the tool library. By bike: There are multiple bicycle route options available to the tool library, and you are welcome to stow your bicycle inside the tool library during your visit. Car parking: There is a gravel parking lot that fits about 10 cars, and an asphalt parking lot that fits 5 cars. There is no ADA accessible parking.

Request: Plastic buckets 2-5 gallons (Downtown Bothell) I need a few more buckets for my garden and mushroom growing projects, and I'm hoping someone out there has a few extra. I know sometimes restaurants get 2 gallon buckets from pickle deliveries and such, which would be awesome! Food grade would be ideal, but as long as I can sanitize them if needed I'm not too picky. Thank you!

Request: Fake Green Plants (Queen Anne) Looking for unwanted green fake plants, any carryable size, that might be taking up space in someone's storage. Preferably no fake flowers unless it's subtle. Free: stationary exercise bicycle (Fremont) Just west of Aurora, north of the bridge A stationary exercise bicycle in good shape. Under the eve and dry.
Free: Futon: Frame, Mattress, Cover (Wallingford (Good Shepherd)) Bi-fold Futon, the blue mattress is 74" x 38" (twin). The current cover is white, better for using the mattress for sleep than as a sofa. Stands 38" high in back when in sofa configuration. One of the frame rollers is improvised; usable but if you're going to be changing regularly from sofa to bed and back, you'll appreciate something more official. Frame rollers readily available on-line. If you want it, I'll help move it, but we'll disassemble it first to make bringing it down stairs easier.

Free: Silverplate random old cutlery (Shoreline near Ballinger Way) Promised Random pieces from our parents’ sets…small fork and spoon are 1847 Rogers, larger pile of mostly spoons are Old Company Silver-plate with H and A engravements probably bought in the 1940s, and 4 spoons are Wm Rogers and Son, single fork is Embassy Silverplate. Unknown date for when the items were purchased on the random pieces.

Free: Hand truck (Kenmore) Promised Two-wheel to 4-wheel hand truck, light weight. Pull pins on handle to convert it to 4-wheel. Needs a bit of cleaning but works well.

Free: Wicker Chest w/Brass Corners (Wallingford (Good Shepherd)) This vintage wicker chest has seen better cosmetic-appearance days but is structurally fit for many duties. Its Rustic design has brass hasp & corners and has a sturdy inner support framework. Some of the wicker is missing, some is fractured (see photos, please) Made originally to to fill with linens and pillows and sit at end of a bed. Most recent use was as storage for Christmas seasonal items. Chest includes the Xmas items, including some ornaments, a stocking, some gift bags and boxes. 36" x 20" and 21" high. Easy porch pick-up
