Medium tan/brown sofa and chair set. HIgh quality and very very comfortable. Has held it's shape and cushion integrity, with no sagging. It is old with some stains and fading, but is extremely comfortable and durable. They are both the same color - the pictures are taken in different lighting making it look like the color is different. You must bring the muscle to move them down a flight of stairs.

I can't remember. Bring tools. Third floor but open staircase. You will need two people to move desk as it is long. I request that a woman come to the pick up as you will need to enter my apartment.
