Good condition. One months worth of medications in all. Each day segment has the name of the day written on it for greater clarity, each box takes 7 days worth of medications with provision for breakfast time, lunch time, afternoon and evening doses. Easy to open, easy to fill , easy and reassuring to use . A great help for taking medications on the right day at the right time!
