Mature stephanotis plant (Staveley LA8)
I’ve had this plant growing in my kitchen for years and having redecorated I dont want to put it back as it is rather large and needs space to climb. It flowers every August with beautiful scented flowers but needs a warm sunny location or it won’t thrive. I’d love to re home it to someone that has a warm sunny space for it. Ideally south facing. Picture isn’t great as it’s been taken down from its space where it was climbing nicely.

Both white plastic seats & sturdy metal frames & in excellent condition as hardly used. Both shown inside a quadrant shower cubicle where fitted quite easily through a 52cm opening. Shower chair has full arms & shower stool has small arms either side to push yourself up. Both have adjustable legs. I asked about returning & was told no - which seems sad! Happy to split but if you have a use for both then please explain why.

Audioline Morel TEL28 plug in landline telephone. (Not a "hands-free" phone; this has a "flex" attaching the handset to the rest of the phone.) Extremely useful in a power cut, because it plugs in and carries on working (when "hands free" landline phones won't work in a power cut). BUT this applies only if you have a landline with the "old" (copper) landline system and NOT with the new "fibre" landline system. No time-wasters please. We may be able to drop this in to a local address; please say where you are, if asking for this. From a clean home with no children, smokers, or pets.
