White Lysmachia (Morden SM4)
It’s a lovely plant and it’s no trouble at all, the slugs and snails seem to ignore it. It will spread slowly and come up every year. All I do is cut it down at the end of the year when it seems to be finishing. The first picture is in my garden last year, it’s the one with the white spikes. Mine is grown in full sun. They die down and come up in the spring. Ready to plant right away.

It’s a perfectly good double sofa bed, it just needs a clean as there are a few stains on it and for the small damage seen in the photos to be repaired/covered. My puppy chewed it! The sofa bed mechanism is also a little stiff and it needs a new handle to pull it out, but it works and is very comfortable! The long bit has room for storage too! Collection from south east London!

All working range cooker except clock sometimes one or two numbers don't light up but does not affect the cooking. All the front lights up gas hob two electric fan ovens one electric grill. All in good condition handles paint and metal work. Gas hose is ready just to plug in. Electric cable there to connect. Size 90cm wide 60cm deep 87cm high. Ground floor collection no stairs. Park outside front. Will need two to lift out.
