Does not include mattresses. Must be collected by 13th May from Hest Bank. I would recommend whoever takes it dismantles it so they know how to put it back together, but I can help if necessary. Condition: It’s a bit shabby in places - it’s been taken apart and put together a few times. But it is reasonably solid, and has integrated book/toy shelf space. The slat frames alone might be worth keeping even if the rest of the bed isn’t kept.

The rest is all patio in Indian Sandstone and I want to surprise him by laying the same style stone calling the brick line and ideally across the whole area , about 1/2 sqm.
