Beautiful wooden pedal organ, left pedal isn't working correctly... as seen the wood is beautiful in my opinion. on the pedals I think it says Cornish & Co and other pedal Washington N.J as shown in photographs. Height 123cm depth 57.5cm width 114cm Collection only, Five steps down to driveway.

Phormium Tenax (New Zealand Flax) (Wrington BS40)
Pieces of Phormium in need of good homes. Parent plant had to be dug up due to building work, phto shows parent plant in situ. I have split some of this into pieces and it has started to shoot even though it is not in soil. Tough plant with leaves about 2 meters long and flowers up to 3 meters high. Although you can’t see it this is a form with yellow streaks. Lovely specimen plant.
