King Size Divan Bed (Lipson Vale PL3)
The condition is good, the base is 2 halves, it has 4 drawers but one drawer (bottom) of bed doesn't open/close well, think the runner needs replacing, that's it. None of the drawers are broken eg: handles. Around the outside of the base needs a clean with a bit of soapy water to bring up looking nice, it has some scuff marks from our slippers. The mattress is stain free and very clean, as I have had a mattress protector on it, plus a mattress topper. It is seriously super comfy, no rips or tears. There's a headboard to go with it which is a beige colour. The bed, mattress & headboard are too good to take it to the tip. There is a mattress protector & mattress topper if you want it which is in very good condition as well. In Mannamead area

Everyday Low Carbs Cooking by Alex Hass I've got two food related books which were included with some others items I picked up recently I have no use for them myself so wanted to see if anyone else could make use of them. I should note I don't know how these were stored prior to me acquiring them only that they do smell a bit musty and they have some marks on them so please take this into consideration before requesting them. Drop Leaf Table (Needs TLC / Upcycling Project). (Lipson PL4)
Drop Leaf Table in need of repairs. The top of the table will need to be completely replaced which will require new wood and hinges so this could be nice for someone looking for a project to work on. I do have some wood which could possibly be used with it but it's not the same type or color. The middle part of top is secured in place with six screws. I have removed this part for the time being as it's easier to store with it off but I can install it back in place prior to collection if requested. Dimensions: Width 99cm Height 75cm Depth 31.5cm With the legs extend out they measure 48cm on either side of the middle top part so this gives you the option to make the full size of the top be around 115cm width or more if you wanted there to be an overhang.
