Sofa Workshop Caruso 4-seater sofa with fixed covers. Bolt on arms. 20 years old, needs upcycling but still in good condition. Base needs a clean, one arm needs a bolt replacing and some springs need fixing. Cost £4,500 brand new. Is a stunning sofa, just needs a bit of tlc. Dimensions: L-254cm, D-104cm, H-80cm. A solid beech kitchen chair, about 40 years old. The wood is in very good condition, though there have been a couple of unsuccessful attempts to stabilise the joints by putting screws in the wrong place. It really needs gluing with wood glue.
