Single bed frame, metal, unused. Ideal as child's first bed as it is low. Mattress not included. Takes a mattress 3ft wide and up to 75" long. Mattress base is 8" (20cm) off the floorfloor. Bedsteads: one is 18" high, the other is 27" high. Comes into 3 pieces which easily slot together, no tools needed. Collect from Grange Estate, Letchworth

G Plan 3 Seater High Back Beige Fabric Sofa, too good to skip. I bought this new about 5 years ago and it cost over £1,000. The dimensions are L-208cm, H -103cm, D -100cm. The back of the sofa requires cleaning albeit that it looks worse in the photo then looking at it. The Fabric itself is in excellent condition. Buyer to collect, it will take two people, I cannot lift it as I am 76 and cannot lift heavy items. Pick up from Great Ashby SG1 area. £0.
