A very comfortable 3 seater sofa in full working order. 2 manual reclining seats. It's a bit grubby but not worn as its not had lots of use. I'm pretty sure it would come up nicely with a good clean. 2 people needed to collect it as we won't be able to help.

Very solid 20th century table and chair set. Table is 122 cm x 81 cm and also extends by 30cm on both ends for a total length of 182cm. Cushions have been tastefully re-covered by my mum and I. It’s in decent condition but would be brilliant if refinished. One peg is missing as shown, but the solution works…
