8 large and 9 small clay flower pots, ideal for seedlings. Large approx 14cm at top and small 9 cm. They are well used, some have a few chips but are still useable, and a little grubby from being stored outside. I did give them a quick wash down to remove any creepy crawlies. I also removed one large pot which was cracked (photo shows 9 pots). Collection only.

Solid French oak extending dining table, 95 x 160cm, extends to 205cm. Needs a good oiling / waxing, a couple of marks and a bit scratched but otherwise good condition. Missing one of the metal sleeves for a connecting bolt which you can find online. Disassembles flat but can’t guarantee it will fit in a car and is very heavy. Collection only

Pleather ottoman storage bed and mattress in decent condition. Size = small double (190×120cm). Kings Road, right by the West Pier. Getting rid of this because I'm upgrading to a king size. Available on or after Monday April 20th. I live on the 6th floor, but there's a cargo lift in the building. Please provide your own transportation and show up with someone to help you carry stuff! It's not terribly heavy, but I'm nursing a back injury so can't be as much help as I'd like to be.
