10 wood-look self-stick floor tiles (Hackney E8)
Dunlop brand Floormaker Aristocrat self-adhesive tles, each 9 inch by 9 inch in a light wood-look parquet pattern. There's one unopened box of nine tiles, plus a tenth from another box. The tenth (extra) tile is a bit grimy from its unshielded exposure to the cellar, and a patch of the adhesive back is exposed where the peel-off backing paper has torn.

Two L-shape pillowcases (Hackney E8)
Each arm of the L (or V) is about 14" wide by about 36" long. Ond white pillowcase, with a few rust spots, and one yellow pillowcase. Each is open at both ends which are slightly frayed. The fabric is soft and still sound.

Women’s Pendleton electric bike - electric part needs replacing - does not currently work. Otherwise good condition, comes as in photos but without saddle. 2 year old Pendleton electric bike from Halfords. The part that powers the electric is broken and will cost £350 to be repaired (quote from Halfords). It functions as a normal bike without this but is heavy. Please ask any questions. Collection Brixton near tube.
