Works fine apart from slight leak coming from bottom area. Not sure why, dont have the time to check TBH. If you connect a hose to the adaptor on the back (see pic of knob, unscrew and attach to hose) you wont have the problem. Might be useful if you know how to fi the leak. Small crack on top side of the tray, but this causes no problems. COLLECTION ONLY from B774FQ. If you tell me when you are collecting I can leave outside, out of view.

Dismantled dolls house, in need of repair ideally. It has damage to around the door and windows on the front, can be cut away to make neat or wood replaced quite simply. Would be a nice project. All been cleaned and ready to paint. Was hoping to do it with daughter but really don't have the time. Has some furniture. Will see if I still have the screws to piece back together if not they're just short screws so any will do. Collection postcode WS2 8QL. Kids craft table and chair. Also parts to make another chair if seat replaced as one in photo has water damage so won't slot into frame or other seat part made. 2nd chair also held together using screws rather than original bolts. The table is sturdy but is mucky with paint etc from kids crafting on it. Chair with seat has split in the middle, either to be replaced too or filled with glue and covered with paper/plastic. Large reclining chair (Old birchills WS2 8)
Quite old and well loved, and has had 2 pieces replaced with scrap wood (could be replaced with nicer pieces) but still sturdy and nice firm cushions (not foam filled). Has curved bottom so somewhat rocks. Has had homemade covers for the cushions too, which can be removed. Don't have a better photo of it together as its been dismantled for years.
