Anyone with any vintage or vintage style costume jewelry they would like to donate, please let me know, its for my daughter who is trying to make a living upcycling older vintage style jewelry. She has 3 children and they have all recently escaped a very bad relationship and had no choice but to leave a lot of their belongings behind, the horrible and violent person who was supposed to be protector and provider as the dad and partner, ( his words ) used controlling and his narcissistic personality to abuse and control them with fear. final straw just before Christmas when he physically assaulted my Granddaughter, which is when they fled to our house for protection and safety. they stayed for 3 mths. My daughter is the bravest lady I know, and is now trying her best to earn extra money to give the children little extras now and again, she was left destitute by this person who has controlled every aspect of her life for 16 years including making her give up a good job to be the homemaker with the promise of security and safety of a loving home. It was all a controlling lie. So anyone out there who has costume vintage style jewelry they would like to donate to a good cause... this is one of them.. IKEA blind. It has been well used and been carefully hand washed in the bath. It has a few marks on it and I think a slight tear/hole, but another hand wash would help and the tear wouldn't be visible once rolled up. It's about 97cm wide and 168cm long. It's quite simple to tie up with the accompanying string. Collection from Belper town centre. Thanks for looking.
