Garrard Autoslim/P 4-speed record changer in temporary / makeshift plinth. Probably a console pull. Power cord has been disconnected. Spares / restoration / repairs only. Bread maker, or rather dough maker. It makes a perfectly fine dough, mixes the ingredients, kneads and then the dough rises but it can't bake it. So you would have to take out the pan and put it on the oven to finish the process.
