It is outside the second (middle) dumpster shed in the parking lot at the right side of the end of Valencia Avenue, off South Mary Avenue in Sunnyvale. 1075 Valencia is right next to the parking gate, which is open Tuesday and Wednesday during the day for trash collection. I’m available in the mid to late afternoon to let you in the parking gate. Otherwise you can walk in from the right side of 1045 Valencia to access the parking lot. You will see the Crosswalk Church at the entrance of Valencia Avenue, off South Mary Avenue. This parking lot is right behind the church parking lot. Low-lying 4-drawer small black wooden dresser. The drawers slide open easily. I haven’t had a chance to remove the foam piece from the top of it, but the dresser appears in very good condition. Black Igloo mini fridge. It has a 2023 calendar sticker on it. A neighbor left it out. It appears very clean. It measures 31” high x 21-1/2” deep x 20 inches wide. It needs to be lifted by two people. It's behind the dumpster shed closest to the parking gate at the right side of the end of Valencia Avenue, off South Mary Avenue in Sunnyvale, and behind the Crosswalk Church parking lot. 1075 Valencia Avenue (apartment building) is next to the parking gate. You can access the parking lot by walking to the right side of building 1045 (between 1075 and 1045) and turning right at the end of the walkway. I'm available afternoon or evening to let you in the parking gate.

Very healthy!! Currently full size at about 6’ tall. Doesn’t get much taller than this so it’s very manageable. Easy to care for and drought tolerant. Currently growing in a large front yard enclosed planter that’s 1-2 feet deep. You can dig up and take whatever part of the planter you want too. Specify in your reply confirming that YOU CAN DIG UP YOURSELF. I cannot help (I’m too old). Don’t flake.

The DIY product is 4' tall and structurally sound, but the legs need re-upholstering, obviously.
