Vintage 1930s Dressing Table with Triple Mirrors – Re (Sawley NG10)
Beautiful vintage dressing table with original triple mirrors, curved drawers and original handles. Sadly it has been stored in a garage after it no longer fitted in our home, and the finish has deteriorated badly. It needs a full restoration before it can be used, but the piece itself is complete and full of character. I'd love it to go to someone who enjoys restoring vintage furniture rather than see it thrown away. Collection from Long Eaton.

Vintage Writing Bureau / Secretary Desk – Restoration Projec (Sawley NG10)
I'm moving house and would love this beautiful old writing bureau to go to someone who can restore it. It has been in our garage for some time because it didn't fit in our current home, and unfortunately it has suffered damage while stored. There is a missing section on the front (see photos), and it needs a full clean and restoration, so it isn't suitable for immediate use. It still has lots of lovely original features, including carved detailing, a fold-down writing surface, pigeonholes and original ring handles. I'd hate to see such a characterful piece end up at the tip. If you enjoy restoring or upcycling old furniture, you're very welcome to collect it from Long Eaton. It's free to a good home—I'd just love to see it given a second chance.

Bought Nov 2010 for use in my bedroom in case I was ill in bed but hardly used, because if I was ill I could not face watching TV! It was a good one. Nothing wrong with it. The 5 attached photos show all its features. Will play DVDs if you still have any!! I am moving to a house which already has 2 TVs so don't need to take 2 more with me.
