IKEA Kivik black leather sofa with chaise & storage footstool. The 2 seat sofa seperates from the chaise as so the arms meaning you can fit the chaise arm to the sofa to use the chaise separately if needed. Does have a few scratch marks but all upholstery is in good condition and has many years of use left. Is not faded is the sunlight in the photos. I would need a tall spacious fridge as I have many kids who love fruit. This property has no fridge, cooker, oven or washing machine so I'm trying to source these things free. I would need a glass top cooker for easy clean or induction as I have no gas availability here. A 9k load washing machine because I have so much laundry to do with them kids.
