Don't have one. Been in my property for just over 4 years and at the beginning of the tenancy I was broken in to and many items that I had were stolen and I've not the money to replace anything since. My partner has now moved into my property in-between his and mine he drives but has stage 4 heart failure please don't think I'm saying anything that's not the truth even though I'm well aware of how it's coming across. We are a community outreach for local health services, offering easily accessible medical screening appointments to people who live locally but don't drive. As we work with people of all different ages and abilities, we need a waiting area that is comfortable with chairs that are easy to get in and out of - therefore arms are key.

10 years old, could do with a service at the rotary joint at the top of the stem (leaks a little, new o-ring and a grease needed) and a descale around the lever. You could probably get away with reusing the flex pipes
