I’m looking to get back into fitness after two years due to a disc replacement in my neck. If anyone has any small dumbbells 1/2/5kg, excercise ball (65cm) and/or yoga mat please can I be considered for them? I need to lose weight due to my asthma and finances as we know for most are tight. Thank you in advance

Rate of spread is not adjustable, but seems right for eg Miracle Gro 4 in 1 Weed and Feed from past experience. Foot bar brackets for shutoff are cracked, but if they should break, shutoff can still be operated manually.

This was delivered with an order from Dunelm but I hadn't asked for it. I contacted them but they were not concerned about receiving it back! Charity shops won't take it beause with no plug they can't safety test it. However, it is brand new, still in the sealed box it arrived in. The label identified it as Tia 3 light spot. Domestic version of the type of fly killer seen in eg butchers’ shops, attracting insects to a charged grid with UV light. Unused for many years, so rechargeable feature probably no longer effective, but can be used as a mains device within a metre of a power point. Boxed with instructions.
