Futon + Mattress (Kings Hill ME19)
Single futon frame and mattress from The Futon Company. Very heavy. Can be folded into chair when not in use and mattress folded on top. Mattress has spent most of its life under a proper mattress (pet/smoke/vape free) and has a zip up cover. Good condition. Frame is a little bit scratched in places. Mattress and frame approx 82x190cm. For transportation purposes the frame can flat fold into 82 x 90 x 36 cm.

Streamline Multi Room Controller (doesn't include the steroe tuner on the top) for sending sound all round your house! It has all it's cabling, with it too, though you may need some extra speaker cable to extend it further. It hasn't been used for a few years, though was in good working order last time we did.
