Men matter- Need used or new ties (Silver Spring)
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request your support for our upcoming "Men Matter" event. The goal of this event is to empower our students, particularly those from less privileged backgrounds, by teaching them essential life skills. One of the key activities will be teaching our boys how to properly tie a tie. As part of this event, we will be welcoming community members, local police officers, and fathers to serve as mentors and guides for the students. We would love for these role models to assist in teaching the boys how to tie their ties, helping to foster a sense of confidence and pride. If you are able to donate ties for this purpose, it would be greatly appreciated. Your contribution would help us make this event a meaningful and impactful experience for our students. Great for an VoIP Phone. Had it hooked up to FiOS so that I had a "land line" for whenever my cell phone died or had bad service in my home. Good back up piece of mind that I could get a hold of someone. No longer needed (I switched carriers) - but works just fine. 2 wood half lite entry doors (Aston near Northley)
Two wood entry doors, both with glass panes in the top half, both stained wood inside & painted on the outside. They show their age but are still in decent shape. I'm almost positive they were original to the house (late 1960s). I love them & would have sanded & stained, but they're not great at keeping out the draft so they're being replaced. Hopefully someone has good use for them. Available next week - without knobs. The one with the red outside, handle on the left inside, measures 31.75" x 80" The one with the green outside, handle on the right inside, measures 35.75" x 77.5"

Does anywhere locally to Hagerstown help moms with toiletries? Paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper ? Does anybody know? I’ve never been the one to ask for help but it’s been a struggle my husband was working for a company for 12 years last week got laid off with no return date. The company has slowly been going downhill. Luckily he was able to find another job within three days but it’s messed us up and set us back we were used to getting paid weekly now he’s getting paid biweekly however that means he started work on the week that the company started getting paid so now we’re left waiting three weeks for any type of income .I’ve never been in this situation and I’m so ashamed and scared of the judgement it will cause but unfortunately, we have five children girls at that and we go through toiletries like there nothing .
