Solid wood, antique sideboard/dresser with mirror. Has been in the family for at least three generations but sadly nobody now has room for it. In good condition despite its’ age. Two drawers. Two cupboards, each with a shelf. Dimensions - width 122cm, depth 51cm, total height 150cm (88cm to surface above drawers plus 62cm for mirror). It’s possible mirror may separate for transport but not entirely sure about that.

Ceramic floor tiles (Tunbridge Wells TN2)
Used durable ceramic floor tiles in a beige colour. Approximately 90 smaller 15x15cm tiles and 17 larger 30x30cm tiles. Would fit a space of approx 7 metres squared. Grouting taken off the majority of tiles of edges but adhesive still on the base of tiles.
