Bath/Shower Screen (Saint Leonards Ward EX2)
Attractive and in good condition. Just needs a bit of cleaning. Hinges in both directions, as shown. Width 73 cm to the hinge, plus 3 cm for the fixing. Height 135 cm including a replaceable rubber seal (Currently in good condition). Included is a metal fixing plate which fixes the whole thing to the wall. All screws and fittings provided. Suitable wall-plugs and drilling will be required for fitting.

Sofa in three parts (Heavitree Ward EX2)
Fully fine (apart from one castor that is lacking a plastic top, I use a wadded up bit of cardboard to stop it cookie-cuttering into the carpet) third hand but still a good tidy sofa, L shaped when put together, one part is more of a Chaise Longue sort of thing (if standing behind the sofa, on its right), this may fit in a large car but can find itself rather huge. Dark brown with light brown/Orange thin stripes as its pattern, comes with cushions. Part of a suite but the seat has some significant dirt and grease built up on its arms where I use it.

Due to how rigid it is it's not possible to measure its full length, as it is somewhat stuck in the shape as is shown in the photos. We originally got this to make an arch with, but never ended up using it. It's been stored outside for a couple years so it will likely need a clean. Collection from Freedom Fields Park, PL4 7QN, Plymouth. if you wish to view it before deciding if you want it this can be arranged but please no time wasters. Please make sure you can collect it before coming to collect it as we've already had someone come with a large van which ur wouldn't fit inside.

I have a number of empty plastic rubble bags with 8 - 10 rubble sacks in each of them. They are a mixed bag - sorry, but they are - of used compost bags and builders material and builders waste bags - see sample photo. Given what they have been used for - building materials and waste and garden materials, they are empty but not clean. I am in Babbacombe. Two Metal Bed Frame Bases. (PL4)
- Need gone asap. - I've got two metal bedframe bases the part where the slats and mattress would go on. I got them with the intention of using them for a structure I was helping to build but we ended up using pallets instead. They have been stored outside so they have some rust on them. I've numbered them 1, 2 on the photos so you'll know which information corresponds to which one. 1. This is the larger of the two frames this one can be dismantled. Dimensions: 198cm x 150cm / Corner to corner 236cm 2. This one is rigid so can't be dismantled feels sold and strong. Dimensions: 186cm x 121cm / Corner to corner 211cm If they can go together that would be great but they can go separately if need be. For collection due to there size you will need a vehicle with either a suitable sized boot or a roof rack. Collection only from PL4 Greenbank.

Dresser & Mirror Set - Refurbishment Project (PL4)
Need gone by Thursday morning (20th) otherwise I will regrettably have to take it to the rubbish tip. Dresser and mirror set in need of restoration. It needs a general clean up, a new coat of paint, the paintwork is cracking at various points, the mirror will need attaching down somehow as it won't stand up very stable by itself also the mirror doesn't seem to want to stay level so may need to attach some sort of counter weight to it. Dresser Top part 81cm x 40.5cm Height 80cm / Including mirror 157cm Mirror by itself 76.5cm x 65.5cm x 14cm Collection only from PL4 8.

Cot Repair Project (PL4)
- Need gone asap thanks. - Tutti Bambini Ravenna Cot Bed. I've got a cot I picked up for free a while ago which needed some repairs, the main issue is that one of the end panels has a large hole in it. My plan was to replace the broken part but I no longer have the space to store it while I work on it so I wanted to see if anyone else was interested in taking it on as it seems a shame to throw it away when the rest of the cot is fine. I believe the end panels are made of laminated MDF. I've added some additional slates to the mattress base. Dimensions: Length 144cm Height 95cm Width 75cm Underneath space height 14.9cm Product information: This cot can be used at three base height positions as well as a toddler sized bed by removing the two side rails and removing and reducing the height of the headboard and footboard so it's able to grow with your child. It takes a 140cm x 70cm mattress, I don't have a mattress for it. Collection from PL4 Greenbank.
