Free couch, chair and ottoman. Has a custom made slipcover which is faded but is in good shape with no tears or visible stains except on the ottoman. Couch is still in really good shape with plenty of life left in the cushions. Chair is oversized so you'll need a big truck to haul or make 2 trips. Both are super comfortable. We have the legs off of the chair right now because it was the only way to get it through the door.
